LuckyBike.com will gladly accept returns on unopened products, a 15% restock fee will apply. Many of our items are for custom projects and we are not responsible for installation. If you have any problems contact us at sales@LuckyBike.com.
Defective products will be promptly exchanged or refunded.
When returning or exchanging an item you must send it back to us within 10 days of delivery. You must include a note with your name and address, also a short description why you are returning the item
