Install Notes: Disconnect your Negative Battery terminal prior to doing any electrical work on your bike. Next, you will need to remove the Upper Triple Tree to get access to the two bolts holding the Ignition Switch. Remove the Two Bolts and set aside for reuse. Detach the Switch wiring plug from the bike's harness. Install is the reverse of removal. Be sure to tighten all bolts to the manufacturers recommended Torque specifications.
