Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within one business day.  You select the shipping carrier during the checkout process.  We use USPS and UPS.  Rates are calculated based on weight and package dimensions.  We ship Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 2:00 PM CTS, from our Warehouse located in Kansas City, MO.

Domestic mailing options and typical delivery times are as follows:

FIRST-CLASS - 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS
PRIORITY MAIL - 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS
EXPRESS - OVERNIGHT (To Most Areas)

International Mailing options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

FIRST-CLASS INTERNATIONAL - 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS*
PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL - 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS*
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL - 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS*

*Estimates from the USPS website. Items may take longer due to customs, holidays, or inclimate weather conditions.

International Customers are responsible for customs fees/taxes charged by their Country.
