We recommend disconnecting the battery before starting any electrical installation.

The installation difficulty will vary depending on your application (fairing and wire location).

  1. You'll need to locate the existing Turn Signal Wires on your Motorcycle and remove your OEM flashers by unplugging them.
  2. Install your Universal lights and connect them to our wire adapter plugs bullet connectors. 
  3. Connect the adapter plug into the OEM plug coming from your bike's harness. 

We recommend reconnecting the battery and testing the lights before reinstalling the fairings.


Handlebar Grips Installation Guide




Basic Instructions
When you open the package you will notice that one grip has a larger inner diameter than the other. The larger inner diameter grip is for the Throttle side (right side), while the smaller inner diameter is for the Clutch side (left side). Remove your old grips from the handlebar. Then clean all of the glue and dirt residue from the throttle plastic and the handlebar. Some Throttle tubes have a little ridge sticking up that may have to be cut and/or sanded down for proper installation.

Compression Fit Grips
You will not use glue to install these hand grips because they are designed with a compression fit. To slide them on easier, we recommend using warm soapy water or glass cleaner; these liquids will evaporate upon drying. Do not use petroleum based lubricants as they will leave a slick residue, allowing the grip to slide off easily while riding. Do not use compressed air or a screwdriver to install as this could result in blowing out the side or damaging the graphics.

For Bar Ends on Open End Grips
If the grips are open end, simply install your choice of Bar End.

For Bar Ends on Closed End Rubber Grips
If the grips are closed end rubber, you will have to modify the grips by cutting the end out. Be advised that by modifying you void warranty. To start we recommend using a sharp X-Acto knife and with the grips installed, simply cut the end out using the inner wall of the Handlebars as a guide. Additional trimming may be required to facilitate proper Throttle Control with Bar Ends installed.




Non Compression Fit (Rigid) Grips

For Grips with Integral Throttle Tubes
For rigid grips and those with Pre-Installed Throttle Tubes, you will need to apply an appropriate adhesive when installing. Beginning with the Throttle side, remove the screws from the Switch Housing Assembly and remove the ends of the throttle cable(s) from your current grip. Replace your old throttle tube and grip with ours, reconnect the throttle cable(s) and reassemble the Switch Housing. Next move to the Clutch side and remove the old grips, taking care to remove all the old adhesive and dirt residue from the handlebar before installing.



Pro Tips:
Be sure to check the inner diameter of the grips before installing. The larger inner diameter is for the Throttle (right) side and the smaller inner diameter is for the Clutch (left) side. With some grips you can also verify this by squeezing the rubber sections of the grip. The softer grip is typically the throttle.

Don't force the grip on as this can tear the rubber. Instead, work the grip back and forth a little at a time while also gently twisting to keep the rubber from stretching too much or bunching up. This is especially the case for CNC grips as there is little room for fluctuation.

Basic Instructions
There are several different ways to install and wire these LED strips. These instructions will show our recommended method. From start to finish the project took 30 minutes per side to complete. Ambient Temperatures of parts and product need to be above 70'F to have successful tape adhesion. Do not wax the bike fenders prior to installation. We also recommend wearing Nitrile or Latex gloves to prevent natural skin oils from contaminating the install location or adhesive tape.

Step 1: Start by removing the front fender tip light.

Step 2: Take the necessary precautions and remove the front wheel.

Step 3: Removing the wheel will give you access to the fender retention bolts.

Step 4: Remove the four fender bolts. Do not remove the bolts that hold the fender brackets to the support rod.

Step 5: This is the Fender Bracket attached to the Support Rods.

Step 6: On the rear of the fender, where the channel ends, is the location where we will drill through to run the wire.

Step 7: We used a 5/16 inch bit, but you can use a smaller bit if you want. We do not advise using a larger bit. While drilling, angle the drill so that the bit cuts through at an angle consistent with the contour of the fender. After drilling, clean the inside and outside of the fender to remove any foreign debris, waxes, oils or other contaminants that could prevent proper adhesion.

Step 8: Set the strip in channel for a test fitment and run the wire through the fender. when you are ready, peel back a small portion of the red 3M tape backing and position the end of the strip flush with the channel going around the tip light.

Step 9: As you peel back the red tape backing, firmly press the strip into place. With the hole drilled at an angle, the wire and strip have a clean installed look.

Step 10: Inside of the fender should be cleaned. Place a small amount of tape on the inside of the fender where the wire comes through. We used black duct tape to securethe wiring on the inside of the fender. After about an inch, loop the wire back to be run to the tip light. This allows access should you want to attach any other light onto the back of the fender. Next, secure the loop with tape.

Step 11: Work your way forward ensuring you secure the wire flush to the fender. Stay away from the center of the fender as this is where the Fender Bracket attaches and rests.

Step 12: Use whatever splicing method you want, for ease we used PosiTaps. Attach one on each wire of your tip light.

Step 13: Attach the LED strip wires to your connectors. The black wires are negative.

Step 14: Place the fender back onto the fender bracket. Turn the key on and test the strips before reattaching the fender bolts.

Step 15: If operational, line up your holes and attach the fender to the Fender Bracket with the four bolts you removed earlier. Reinstall the wheel. Repeat Steps 1- 15 for the other side.

 Always test the lights before installation to ensure they work properly. After testing, we recommend disconnecting the battery before starting signal installation. The installation difficulty will vary depending on your application; on some instances you will be removing your fairing to properly mount these Turn Signals.

  1. Locate the existing Turn Signal Wires on your Motorcycle and either unplug your current lights and plug in our turn signal lamp assembly or you may have to Splice them in. 
  2. Test the light and ensure it functions properly prior to putting everything back together. If it's good, mount the lamp unit using your existing hardware and repeat the process for the other side. 
  3. Reassemble, Ride and Enjoy! 

*Do not over-torque your mounting screws when re-installing, it should be snugged, hand-tight and not forcefully clamped down.

**NOTE** Keep track of the order in which parts are removed, to ensure an easy reassembly.

  1.  Remove the rider R/hand footpeg bracket by removing the bolts securing it to the frame. These may be tight as they could have some thread-lock compound on them to stop them from coming loose. 
  2. Once completed with the bracket, remove the brake return spring, the brake light spring, and the clevis pin by removing split pin and washer (which connects the pedal to the brake master cylinder).  The pin will then push out.  There will also be a clip and washer on the brake pedal itself. 
  3. Again, remove parts noting the order of all parts and replace in reverse order.
  4. After reassembly is complete check operation of rear brake light using the rear brake, also a small amount of free play should be evident at the pedal.

 **TIP**  When assembling the new pedal use a small amount of grease on the pedal post.


Most motorcycles have both mirrors that are Standard, Right-Hand Threaded (RH, clockwise). There are a few motorcycles that have one mirror that is Reversed, Left-Hand Threaded (LH, Counter-clockwise) and one mirror that is Standard, Right-Hand Threaded (RH, clockwise). Please verify your thread pattern and bolt size before purchasing or installing this product. (We find that Yamaha Motorcycles usually use one LH Threaded Riser and one RH Threaded Riser)

  1. Simply unscrew your current mirror and mount the mirror on the risers or extenders threaded hole. 
  2. Use the included bolt/washer to mount the Mirror and Riser to the bike. 
  3. Make your final adjustments; tighten the Riser and Mirror without over-torquing. 
  4. Now your ready to ride and experience the ability to see behind you. 

 Please read full instructions before applying Tank Pad or Tank Protector, for a higher chance of success.  Ambient Temperature and/or application area and Tank Protector must be at least 70°F (24°C). You may use a hair dryer to warm the tank pad/tank area, to assist glue activation.

  1. Before removing Tank Pad: mount your bike and eyeball where you want the Tank Pad to go.
  2. Clean surface (gas tank) with isopropyl alcohol and let dry, included.
  3. Wear Nylon/Latex gloves to prevent skin oils from contaminating application. Do not apply to a recently waxed surface.
  4. Grab a hair dryer and  warm the tank pad, especially the corners so the glue gets warm and sticky if outside temperature is below 70°F (24°C).
  5. Remove Tank Pad backing and position it so the bottom edge touches the application area. 
  6. Gently apply the remainder of the Tank Pad, pushing out any air bubbles as necessary.
  7. Apply to gas tank with pressure for 1-2 minutes.

Our Quality Taillights are Direct Replacement Units; the only wiring modification you may have to make is to wire in the Integrated Turn Signals. 

You will need to connect the Positive Lead from your Turn Signals only, the Negative Turn Signal Lead can be taped off and tucked away.  (The Taillight will get the Negative from the Taillight Negative)

You can pull out the pins from your Original wiring Plug and push ours in place and simply plug them into the existing connectors.  (They are easily removed if you have a small pin to push them out with)
As an alternative you can simply hard wire them into your Positive Turn Signal Leads.

The Blue Wire is for the Left Turn Signal
The Red Wire is for the Right Turn Signal

The install is very straight forward, please read this thoroughly to ensure there are no problems.


Remove One Engine Cover Bolt at a time and replace it with a matching bolt from our kit.  Do not attempt to install a bolt that is larger than the one you removed, serious damage could occur.  Always be sure to check for clearance first.

Do not over tighten the bolts; you could damage your engine casing.  They should be snug but not overly tight.

Use the Anti-Seize Compound included on each bolt.

Do not use Aluminum bolts in Safety Critical Areas; Aluminum bolts are great for Engine Covers, Clutch Levers, and many other applications.  They should not be used for Brakes or other load bearing applications.

Please Note that normal riding vibrations can cause the pegs to unscrew if they are not properly tightened and secured, resulting in the loss of a peg.  Threadlock is a primary recommendation and we have started including it with all of our customers Foot Peg purchases.  

  1. Please remove your current peg and do a side-by-side comparison with ours, visually inspecting pegs before installing. Contact us with any questions and do not apply Threadlocker until after you have confirmed and conducted a test fit of the base mount on your bike.
  2. After ensuring fitment and you have installed the peg base into the motorcycle peg holder mount, apply Threadlocker on the base threads and screw the peg onto the base.
  3. After you have installed the peg base into the motorcycle peg holder mount, wrap a cloth around the peg to ensure that you do not scratch the peg when tightening.  Be sure to have plenty of material between the peg and your wrench to protect it.  
  4. Slowly tighten the foot peg onto the base, ensuring you apply enough pressure to snug the peg onto the base to prevent the peg from unscrewing.
  5. After the first ride, verify the tightness of the peg.  Make periodic checks afterwards along with your Before Riding Maintenance Inspection and Checks (T-CLOCS).

Remove Old Levers, Grease Pivot Point of the New Levers.  Do NOT Over-Tighten the bolts, they are not meant to be clamped down.  Be sure the brake cylinder actuator is properly seated, it should not be overly tight against the piston.
As with any Motorcycle Lever, OEM or Aftermarket, Test the Lever Performance Before Riding.  Be sure they are installed properly and allow for normal brake operation.  When in doubt have a professional install the levers.


The size of the swingarm spool you will need will depend on your particular bike.

you may want to check your bike and make sure you have the (6mm, 8mm or 10mm)  threaded portion on your swing arm to mount them.


Yamaha use a 6mm Swingarm Spool
Suzuki use a 8mm Swingarm Spool
Honda use a 8mm Swingarm Spool
Kawasaki use a 10mm Swingarm Spool

Please check the current bulb that you are wanting to replace, for specifications on which bulb you should order.


Resistors are used to correct the current drop that is caused by LEDS. This current drop will cause your lights to flash at a much faster rate. Our resistors come with 4 wires to give you the opportunity to install them without splicing the wires.

To install you would connect one Black wire to the ground on the bike, the other Black wire to the ground on the light itself. The same applies for the positive, one goes to the bike, the other to the light. You could also clip off one of the wires and splice them in directly if you don't need the 4 wires.

You will need one set of our resistors for every set of LED signals that you order.

Always test the lights before installation to ensure they work properly. After testing, we recommend disconnecting the battery before starting signal installation. The installation difficulty will vary depending on your application; depending on where you decide to mount them, it may require modification to the fairing.

  1. Once you pick a mounting location, you'll need to locate the existing Turn Signal Wires on your Motorcycle and identify whether you have 2 or 3 Wire System. 
  2. For a motorcycle with a 3 Wire System: your Bike's Running Light Wires are not used for this installation as our lights are not designed or marketed for that application.  See note below.
  3. For a 2 Wire System: the two wires coming from your bike should be the Turn Signal Power (Positive Wire), and a Ground (Negative Wire). Attach our YELLOW Turn Signal Wire to the Bikes Positive Signal Wire. Attach our BLACK Turn Signal Wire to the Bike's Negative Signal Wire. 
  4. Test the light and ensure it functions properly prior to putting everything back together. If it works properly, repeat the process for the other side. Reassemble, Ride and Enjoy! 

Do not over-torque the mounting nut onto the bolt when installing, it should be snugged, hand-tight and not forcefully clamped down. For the Plastic Bolts and Nuts you may use a little Silicon Plumbers Tape as additional security. For Metal Bolts and Nuts you may use a little Threadlocker as security (Medium/Blue).

***On the 3-wire system you will have one negative wire (ground) and two positive wires (1- turn signal / 1- running light).  To figure out the positive wires turn on the ignition of your bike and activate the appropriate side turn signal.  Connect the bikes ground wire to the signals ground wire.  Next, touch the signals positive wire to one of the Bikes positive wires.  If it lights up constantly, that is the Running light.  If it blinks, it's the turn signal.  This is the wire you want to use for turn signal applications.  The extra bike's positive wire (running light) needs to be crimped/taped off and tucked away.
